API Monitoring LLC has created a user guide to help our customers with the installation of their True Tracker units. The following guide was created for the billboard True Tracker and should not be used for any other manufacturer's time clock or miscellaneous contraption. When in doubt about an installation please call your API Monitoring True Tracker representative, or API Monitoring directly at (800) 499 - 9192. If you are not a True Tracker customer, we ask you to please leave this page now. The following user guide is subject to periodic updates, and is copyrighted material.
WARNING: API Monitoring LLC recommends using a licensed electrician with a knowledge of local codes for any electrical work including the installation of the True Tracker. Installing the True Tracker involves handling high voltage. API Monitoring LLC assumes no liability for any injury or death incurred during the installation of one of these units.
NOTE TO INSTALLERS : Please do not install the True Trackers when it is raining, snowing, or flooding, or in areas exposed to excessive moisture (ie. sprinkler paths). Do not immerse or submerge the monitoring unit. True Trackers are not water-proof, and care must be taken to keep the internal circuitry dry or the warranty will be void.
